Ancient Indian aircraft on agenda of major science conference

Indian Vedic myths tell of ancient pilots flying craft around the world and out of this world. But some think the myths were true, and that modern science has it all wrong.

that’s one of the claims scheduled to be presented at the Indian Science Congress at the University of Mumbai, in a session titled “Ancient Indian Aviation Technology.”

The session is tucked into a symposium on “Ancient Sciences Through Sanskrit,” with other talks on things like the “Neuroscience of Yoga” or “Scientific Principles of Ancient Indian Architecture and Civil Engineering.”

The idea of mixing in a serious talk on ancient Indian astronauts with presentations on more rigorous research and science policy issues at a major science conference has drawn the ire of Dr. Ram Prasad Gandhiraman, a NASA scientist at the agency’s Ames research center in California. Gandhiraman has collected hundreds of signatures from other scientists around the world on a petition demanding that the session be cancelled.

“We as scientific community should be seriously concerned about the infiltration of pseudo-science in science curricula with backing of influential political parties,” the petition reads. “Giving a scientific platform for a pseudo-science talk is worse than a systematic attack that has been carried out by politically powerful pseudo-science propagandists in the recent past. If we scientists remain passive, we are betraying not only the science, but also our children.”

Now, wait a second.  I thought that science was supposed to be dedicated to finding the truth of things? That’s right, isn’t it?

Oh, I am sorry, I forgot.  They are actually dedicated to finding the truth of things WHEN IT SUITS AN AGENDA.

Yeah.  That’s better.

Betraying science and our children? By entertaining an idea?

Oh yeah, new ideas might upset the mainstream paradigm, we cant have that!

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-switch/wp/2015/01/02/get-ready-the-fcc-says-itll-vote-on-net-neutrality-in-february/

Federal regulators looking to place restrictions on Internet providers will introduce and vote on new proposed net neutrality rules in February, Federal Communications Commission officials said Friday.

President Obama’s top telecom regulator, Tom Wheeler, told fellow FCC commissioners before the Christmas holiday that he intends to circulate a draft proposal internally next month with an eye toward approving the measure weeks later, said one official who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the agency’s deliberations are ongoing. The rules are meant to keep broadband providers such as Verizon and Comcast from speeding up or slowing down some Web sites compared to others.

The timing indicates Wheeler does not see the need for more public input on the benefits and drawbacks of using Title II, as earlier reports suggested. It also implies the FCC will not be able to avoid a showdown with Congress over net neutrality. Republican lawmakers are expected to introduce legislation this month to preempt any FCC rule on the subject.

Here’s something to consider with all of this.

Tom Wheeler was originally a lobbyist for Comcast and Time Warner.  A lobbyist.

Ovomit puts him in position as the head of the FCC.

This guy’s made a TON of money off of the companies that he is now supposedly “regulating”.

Ovomit is trying to use Title II to get these things regulated.

Do we really trust ANYTHING that that man does?  I know I don’t.

There’s some serious back door things going on here, and I, for one, am definitely paying attention to this.

Something like this “Net neutrality” crapo can seriously impact a network like this one,.  SERIOUSLY impact it.

This is a very important issue, and we really need to watch it closely.

As more comes out, I will be bringing it to you.

I have talked about the F-35 before…

For the 2015 spending bill, congress has appropriated $479 MILLION in funding to go to Lockheed-Martin, to build 4 more of the F-35 planes.  Planes that the Pentagon did not order and did not want.

THIS THING DOES NOT FLY, WORK, TURN, or even SHOOT ITS GUNS.

It is good money after bad, and it is coming straight out of your pockets, folks.

The F-35 is in serious trouble, the latest is over the gun system. It is being reported that is due to a computer glitch

Here’s what one aircraft designer interviewed about the f-35 had to say about it.

So for now, for the next four years, we have no possibility of shooting the gun, and it is the single most important weapon for close support and for close in-air combat. Needless to say the airplane is incapable of doing either one of them at all without the gun. And even after the gun works, if it does, which we don’t know, the airplane will be hopelessly incapable of close support and probably worse at close-in dogfight than the 1960s MIG-21.

While the United States is the primary customer and financial backer, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands, Canada, Turkey, Australia, Norway, and Denmark have agreed to contribute US$4.375 billion towards development cost

$4.375 BILLION dollars is being completely wasted.

And yet, Food Stamp programs are the issue, right?

I mean, bad enough that they had to cut $93 million dollars from the WIC program this year.

ugh.  Seriously, ugh.

Harvard students protest soda fountains, claim dispensers are ‘microaggression’

“These machines can be seen as a microaggression to Palestinian students and their families and like the university doesn’t care about Palestinian human rights.”

Student activists claimed the Israeli soda dispensers were “microaggressions” against supporters of Palestine.

Harvard’s president is investigating the dining hall’s suspension of SodaStream.

The president only learned of the suspension, after Harvard’s student newspaper published an article about it.

How the Hell do these people go outside without just collapsing from everything offending them?

And just what in the blue blazes is this micro-aggression bull anyhow?

So, I have done a few shows about Islam now, and, unfortunately, I really need to do another one here.
I really don’t want to seem like I am religion bashing, but there are some things that are happening that really need to be talked about, and there are things that are REALLY bothering me at this time.
SO, first things first.
The Islamic State, ISIS, ISIL, IS, I, whatever the hell they want to be calede these days released a set of “rules” recently.
They have, apparently, released this set of rules regarding how to treate female slaves that are captured, and cover a range of topics, including when it is okay to rape them and under what conditions they are allowed to be traded and so forth.
It was put out as a pamphlet called “Questions and Answers on Taking Captives and Slaves” which was issued by the Islamic State’s “Research and Fatwa Department.”
It’s a Q and A or FAQ of sorts, with questions like,
“When is it permissible to have sex with the females, when is it okay to beat them, etc.
Here, let me read some of these to you.
Is it permissible to have intercourse with a female captive?
“It is permissible to have sexual intercourse with the female captive. Allah the almighty said: ‘[Successful are the believers] who guard their chastity, except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then they are free from blame [Koran 23:5-6]‘…”

Is it permissible to have intercourse with a female captive immediately after taking possession [of her]?

“If she is a virgin, he [her master] can have intercourse with her immediately after taking possession of her. However, is she isn’t, her uterus must be purified [first]…”

Is it permissible to sell a female captive?

“It is permissible to buy, sell, or give as a gift female captives and slaves, for they are merely property, which can be disposed of [as long as that doesn’t cause [the Muslim ummah] any harm or damage.” […]

Is it permissible to have intercourse with a female slave who has not reached puberty?

“It is permissible to have intercourse with the female slave who hasn’t reached puberty if she is fit for intercourse; however if she is not fit for intercourse, then it is enough to enjoy her without intercourse.”
The “owner” of a slave also can’t sell her if he gets her pregnant, according to the leaflet.

The jihadist group’s fatwa department also reportedly wrote that it’s fine to capture women who are “unbelieving.”

“Unbelieving [women] who were captured and brought into the abode of Islam are permissible to us, after the imam distributes them [among us]”
No, folks, I am not making this stuff up.  It is real.
And you know what, it doesn’t shock me.  Not in the least.
It angers the hell out of me, but it doesn’t shock me.
I have heard all of it before, and not just from Islam, the religion of unrest.  I mean pieces of people.  I mean… sorry, religion of peace.
No, in fact, I have heard it from the ancestor of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism before that.
“What?” you say.  “How can you say such blasphemy!?”
Here.  I will give you an example…

Numbers 31: 7-18 :

They attacked Midian just as the LORD had commanded Moses, and they killed all the men.  All five of the Midianite kings – Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur, and Reba – died in the battle.  They also killed Balaam son of Beor with the sword Then the Israelite army captured the Midianite women and children and seized their cattle and flocks and all their wealth as plunder.  They burned all the towns and villages where the Midianites had lived.  After they had gathered the plunder and captives, both people and animals, they brought them all to Moses and Eleazar the priest, and to the whole community of Israel, which was camped on the plains of Moab beside the Jordan River, across from Jericho.

Moses, Eleazar the priest, and all the leaders of the people went to meet them outside the camp.  But Moses was furious with all the military commanders who had returned from the battle.  “Why have you let all the women live?” he demanded.  “These are the very ones who followed Balaam’s advice and caused the people of Israel to rebel against the LORD at Mount Peor.  They are the ones who caused the plague to strike the LORD’s people.  Now kill all the boys and all the women who have slept with a man.  Only the young girls who are virgins may live; you may keep them for yourselves.

So Moses and his army basically killed all the boys, including infants and just let the little young girls live. Who knows what they did with these little girls. So these passages basically allowed murder and left all the virgins to themselves whom they obviously slept with, many of these virgins were three year olds as well:

“….The Tannaïtic Midrash Sifre to Numbers in §157 comments on the above quoted commandment of MOSES to kill the Midianite women as well as the male children….”

“….According to the Tannaïte Rabbis, MOSES therefore had ordered the Israelites to kill all women older than three years and a day, because they were “suitable for having sexual relations.” [138]….”

“Said Rabbi Joseph, “Come and take note: A girl three years and one day old is betrothed by intercourse…..”

“A girl three years and one day old is betrothed by intercourse. A girl three years old may be betrothed through an act of sexual intercourse,” the words of R. Meir. And sages say, “Three years and one day old.”…..”
Thoughts…
How about this one?

Deuteronomy 20: 10-14:

As you approach a town to attack it, first offer its people terms for peace.  If they accept your terms and open the gates to you, then all the people inside will serve you in forced labor.  But if they refuse to make peace and prepare to fight, you must attack the town.  When the LORD your God hands it over to you, kill every man in the town.  But you may keep for yourselves all the women, children, livestock, and other plunder.  You may enjoy the spoils of your enemies that the LORD your God has given you.
thoughts…
Deuteronomy 22:25-29

25 But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die. 26 But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbor, and slayeth him, even so is this matter: 27 For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her. 28 If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found; 29 Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel’s father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days
So, rape a female virgin and she has to marry the rapist.
What a sick twisted sense of morality this stuff breeds.
You see, Jews and Christians can say NOTHING about Islam doing these things.  They have zero justifiable leg to stand on.
Their scriptures are just as horrific.
I have seen a LOT of Christians bashing Islam because “Oh Mohammed was a pedophile.”  “They are sick slavers, they are rapists, they are this and that.”
Well, so were your progenitors.  So were the ones that started the religion that you follow.
Your book still teaches it.  You still force your children to read the thing every Sunday, and some of you do it daily.
You don’t think that they read things like this and have a response to it? You think that it doesn’t breed the very culture that we see today?
Come, now, people.  Open your EYES!

What are some of the problems we have due to religion?
Islamic extremism and all of the problems associated with it
Destruction, chaos, murders and beheadings, mistreatment of anyone not like them, etc.
Judgmental and hypocritical Christians and all of the hatred that goes with it, especially against anyone that wants to follow someone different or BE different from what is considered normal.
It even breeds racism, since a lot of the religious affiliations are associated with a certain race or another primarily (mostly due to the areas the religion was formed in).
Most of all, between them all, the people who just want to remain out of the whole mess are still caught in the middle.  It is nearly impossible, unless you do something radical in your lifestyle, like living on a mountain somewhere and never dealing with people, to stay away from any of it.
Even laws are based on religious beliefs, some to the point that if you don’t follow a certain belief system, you can be punished.  Sometimes severely
And that’s just TODAY, let alone throughout history!
Historically, religious beliefs have contributed to keeping societies as a whole down and, often, are the focal points for wars and killings.
Why is this happening?
Did you know that the three primary religions responsible for the most chaos going on right now all stem from the same place?
Abraham is the spiritual father of Christianity, Judaism and Islam.
All tat you see going on in the Middle East right now is literally a blood feud between brothers.  And the rest of us are paying the price for it.
Yet, this fact is rarely acknowledged by the mainstream, or the religions, themselves.
Here’s How I See It…
The wheel…
We are all just trying to find the center of things.

Political correctness has become a straightjacket.

Gary Oldman

A listener sent an email to me that I thought I would touch on in this episode.
It was sent by, well, we’ll use her alias Journey Home, and, after some fact-checking (it’s my thing…), I thought I would bring it forward to you and read it for you.
Now, the email tries to say that it was Dr Emanuel Tanay that originated this email and the information within.
That is actually untrue.  It was, in fact, a person named Paul Marek that wrote it, in February, 2006, on his blog.
Te rest of the information, however, is correct and on point.
Just thought i would get that part out of the way, first.
So, here is the email.
I knew a man, whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War II, owned a number of large industries and estates. When asked how many German people were true Nazis, the answer he gave can guide our attitude toward fanaticism.’Very few people were true Nazis,’ he said, ‘but many enjoyed the return of German pride, and many more were too busy to care. I was one of those who just thought the Nazis were a bunch of fools. So, the majority just sat back and let it all happen. Then, before we knew it, they owned us, and we had lost control, and the end of the world had come. My family lost everything. I ended up in a concentration camp and the Allies destroyed my factories.’

We are told again and again by ‘experts’ and ‘talking heads’ that Islam is the religion of peace and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to somehow diminish the specter of fanatics rampaging across the globe in the name of Islam.

The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this moment in history. It is the fanatics who march. It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting wars worldwide. It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or tribal groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire continent in an Islamic wave. It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honor-kill. It is the fanatics who take over mosque after mosque. It is the fanatics who zealously spread the stoning and hanging of rape victims and homosexuals. It is the fanatics who teach their young to kill and to become suicide bombers.

The hard, quantifiable fact is that the peaceful majority, the ‘silent majority,’ is cowed and extraneous. Communist Russia was comprised of Russians who just wanted to live in peace, yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about 20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. China ‘s huge population was peaceful as well, but Chinese Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million people.

The average Japanese individual prior to World War II was not a warmongering sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered its way across South East Asia in an orgy of killing that included the systematic murder of 12 million Chinese civilians; most killed by sword, shovel, and bayonet. And who can forget Rwanda , which collapsed into butchery. Could it not be said that the majority of Rwandans were ‘peace loving’?

History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all our powers of reason, we often miss the most basic and uncomplicated of points: peace-loving Muslims have been made irrelevant by their silence. Peace-loving Muslims will become our enemy if they don’t speak up, because like my friend from Germany , they will awaken one day and find that the fanatics own them, and the end of their world will have begun.

Peace-loving Germans, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Rwandans, Serbs, Afghans, Iraqis, Palestinians, Somalis, Nigerians, Algerians, and many others have died because the peaceful majority did not speak up until it was too late.

You can read the rest ofr yourself on the originating blog post, which is linked on the show notes for this episode.
He does make very good points here.
There IS a lot of issues with fanaticism, and extremism, in the Muslim culture.  But it isn’t just them.
It is also in the Christian religion, as well, and [pretty much every other religion out there.
Many people try to make that point, and I do not disagree.
However, in this modern age, the ones that are DOING something about it all are the Muslims.
You see, history IS cyclical.
Remember a little thing called the Inquisition?  How about the burning of witches?
How about the fact that basically all of the money the Vatican has at its disposal is directly tied to the fact that anyone that was found to be a heretic in the past had all of their goods and lands and moneis stripped away and given to the church?
Blood money, quite literally, flows down the golden throne f the pope.
And we are supposed to think that Islam is something new?
The difference is, the Christian church doesn’t do that anymore.
You bet they would if they could get away with it, however.  Ever hear some of the preachers mouthing off about death to fags and kill all gays and all that rot from their pulpits?
Yeah.  If they could, they would.
But, the point is, fanaticism is real, and in our faces right now.  Of course it has always been there, but it’s not been so… beheaddy… for a long time now.
We’ve become accustomed to the cushiness of them just spouting off words to each other.  Not so anymore.
“Islam is a religion of peace!”
I hear that all the time.
And sure, to most Muslims, it may be just that.
But Christianity was a religion of love and peace, as well, and the world almost was destroyed because of the violence that it brought.
We’re seeing the same now, with Islam.
New name.. new faces… same old boss.
I do have a clip I would like to play for you.
This is a woman named Brigitte Gabriel speaking, at a meeting between folks talking about Benghazi and what we, as citizens, can do to push the government into rectifying the issues that brought that event to happen.
Whether or not the official story is reliable or not is a bit moot in this clip, and is something that we will talk about at another time.  But just listen to this for a minute.
Again, if you are a long time listener to this show, or are not new to the “truth movement” you will now that i disagree with her completely on the 9/11 thing.  However, the rest is right on target.
I wanted you to hear that so that you could know the figures and facts.
You see, the problem isn’t really with religion.  Not really.
People are going to do evil things when they have the chance to, because that is what they are raised t do.
Religion has taught us that we are born into sin, and must claw our way back to the gates of heaven by “being good” or “following this or that savior or way of life”.
The problems are associated with power and control
If you are a person or a group of people that want to control others, you will do it from the inside first.  Get into their psyche, so to speak, and push forward your agenda, until the fires of war begin.
Then you can get rid of those “evil Japanese” or “evil Muslims” or “evil Romans” or “evil Russians: or whatever group you are standing against.
And if you, as a person that knows better, stand still and do nothing, you are irrelevant.  You don;t matter.  Not one bit.
The biggest problem we have right now in the world is political correctness.
Yes, that’s right.  Political correctness.
we have it so bad, here in America for instance, that it is nearly impossible for anyone to say aa WORD about someone doing something wrong, without the rest of the people getting offended and butthurt over it, and the person trying to speak the truth being shut down because of it.
It’s madness.
“Oh we can’t offend them!” people say.
Meanwhile, the radicals are burning, raping, pillaging and beheading.
“Oh but it’s a peaceful religion!”
Meanwhile, people die at the hands of bombers raised from their childhood to hate everything around them that is not them.
Political correctness has been pushed on us for a reason.  It’s along term plan.
Destroy people’s ability to say anything about anything and you can worm your way into doing whatever you want.
Sure, we have the first amendment right to say whatever we want.  But no one uses it for fear of reprisals.
For fear of “offending”.
I am not afraid of offending.  I am not afraid of speaking out against what I see wrong in this world.
I am not afraid to stand up to the hypocrites and call them out on their bull crap.
I can only hope that as time passes and people start to see through this lie that is PC, we will get back to what is really important and get back to being able to call things out when they are wrong.
Look at the protests going on right now in America.
They started by trying to get justice for criminals, looting and rioting, and causing more damage than could ever have been done before all of this began.
Looting, stealing the livelihoods away of their communities, destroying themselves as they burn.  And what are people doing?
People are supporting it.  People are saying, “Ohh they are just angry, they have a right to do this.”
No, they don’t.
They have the right to speak their minds, in a way that doesn’t harm others and doesn’t cause destruction.  They have THAT right.
They don’t have the right to cause chaos and beat up old men in their cars and destroying property and looting that 50 inch TV and toaster for two.
Oh, but it’s not politically correct to say so.
Just like its not politically correct for me to say that if you, as a Muslim person, are not pinning down the extremists in your midst and tossing them out of the nearest airlock, you are just as much a part of the problem, and just as responsible for the deaths and destruction they cause, as those jihadis are, themselves.
Start cleaning up your houses, people, before someone else comes in and cleans it for you.
